I just wanted to thank everyone who has supported me thus far!
Now, for today’s blog! I have the pleasure of covering my first ETH NFT project. As a written content creator, I think it is important to start reaching out to other blockchains to encourage a “better together” approach where we compete as NFTs, not by blockchain. In my opinion, this will create unity and mass adoption. With that being said that is what NFT founder Fettuccine has set out to do in this space with Angel Baby Hit Squad.
What is Angel Baby Hit Squad? Fettuccine has created the first ETH NFT that has utility on the Cardano blockchain! Now, some may ask why would he want to do this. Fettuccine has a vision that is in direct correlation to the founder of the Cardano Blockchain, Charles Hoskinson. This vision is built on trust and philanthropic goals to meet the needs of everyone, not just the rich or the poor but having utility for each and every person that interacts with this blockchain.
A deeper dive into Fettuccine, he started off with a base of money and he has not added any more of his money to that pot. He has minted, flipped, and traded his way to the top. He is the pinnacle of trading NFTs for profit via cross-chain. He also sees the potential of lower gas fees, scalability, and the direction that Cardano is heading. Not financial advice, but I follow successful people and the moves that they make.

This collection has dipped below mint price but I solely believe that is just due to the current bear market that we are in. The utility and the idea of bringing capital over from ETH into Cardano are going to be game changers. Members of the ETH community will be able to have more liquidity due to not paying as much in gas fees. This will drive the market for CNFTs once these players adopt this mindset.
The team has also implemented a mint for ADA if you open a ticket in their discord. The price will depend on the swap of ADA to ETH but I think this is a great opportunity to bridge this gap from both chains while encouraging adoption on both blockchains.
Now, for the utility behind this project, which gets me so hyped! As of now, Fettuccine and his team have collaborated with artists: Jason Matias, Chadi Nassar, Glus, Joseph Miranda, HYPE Skulls, Mr. Intangble, Yummi Universe, Withspaces, Aeoniumsky, Spacebudz, Bizzare Stars, Beyond Rockets, Clay Nation, and Hoppers. Some of these artists are just starting out but this art from these artists will be airdropped to your wallet for FREE. I am a firm believer that people respond to incentives! What better incentive than receiving airdrops to your wallet just for holding an NFT? There are some big players on that list in the Cardano world as well so this is nothing to blink an eye at.
As for my opinion on ETH NFTs and why I currently do not own one. If you have followed my journey so far you know that I am a Special Education Teacher for my full-time day job. This profession does not make a ton of money. So, I personally haven’t been able to afford to jump into an ETH project simply due to the gas fees that are attached to them. In some cases, when the gwei (this is the gas payment to the miners of ETH) was more than the actual mint of the NFT itself. So, this is why I have been unable to jump into ETH thus far.
The last thing about this project is the upcoming mint called Demon Baby Hit Squad, which will be minted in ADA. I think this is a huge incentive for the ETH maxis to come over to the Cardano blockchain to continue to support this project. Personally, I have a WL token to mint a DBHS, which I will drop the place to purchase them down in the links section!
With that being said, I am looking to trade or find a way to get one of these Angels in my wallet! After conducting my research on this project and the founder having such a significant impact on the NFT space, not financial advice, this will be the first ETH project I will own. In the future, I plan on covering more ETH projects to create this bridge that we need to see in this space.
