Today I get the pleasure of covering Ape Nation which is storming the scene with its beautiful Apes and the recent mutations that they have been going through!
I wanna start by saying this community is DEEP! I posted an announcement that I would be covering the project and the community showed up and showed out! So, let's take a deep dive into what these apes are all about!
First, I would like to say that this team is loaded with experienced members in the Crypto space. In covering these projects, I have learned that the founders are where the community starts. If founders are not involved and engaging with the community and only looking for profit, the project suffers. I stumbled into this project by receiving an ape and a V1 Mutation Potion as a gift from one of my friends in the space and I have had nothing short of a great experience since joining!
Founder/Team
This team consists of 7 members who have been in this space for a while. Most of these founders specialize in the marketing field and are well-known in the CNFT space. If you have been following my blog in recent posts, Fettuccine (creator of Angel Baby Hit Squad and Demon Baby Hit Squad) is an advisor on this team as well. Having a team this knowledgeable in the space is unmatched. This is one of the biggest factors that I have discovered when getting into a new project, and this team continues to deliver! I have had the pleasure of talking to almost all of the team and each of them is a genuine individual. I had an issue when I was trying to mint my V1 mutation and the team reimbursed me the ADA that I would have lost due to missing my minting period. This team is not here for a quick flip and exit. This team is here for its community members and the development of what will become a force to be reckoned with in the CNFT space.

Good projects have incentives to keep the holder's attention as they hold. How is Ape Nation doing this for its holders? Ape Nation has created Mutation Nation which has the OG Apes that can be mutated with 3 different versions of mutation vials.
Mutation Jungle Juice Vials Information:
There are 2 types of Mutation Nation Jungle Juice Vials that can be used to Mutate an OG Ape Nation Ape. Common (V1) (First in the image above) has a total supply of 6,992, and Rare (V2) (second in the image above) has a total supply of 2,969.
Common (V1) and Rare (V2) vials can be sent in with an OG Ape, AND 69 ADA, to create a Mutation Nation NFT. The vial will then be burned and the OG Ape will return to your wallet. Once an OG Ape has been mutated by a V1 or V2 it cannot be mutated for a second time with a V1 or V2.
Hyper Rare (V3) MEGA (Third in the image above) is a “One of a Kind” Mutation Nation NFT that doesnt require an OG Ape Nation to mint. This vial will be burned and a 1:1 Mutation Nation NFT will be minted. The total supply for this one is 38. These were meant to be EXCLUSIVE to the holders who truly believe that this project is going to the moon! At the time of writing this blog, the Hyper Rare’s are listed for 3,000 ADA on JPG.store. At the time of this blog, 3 V3 have been sold thus far on JPG with a massive All Time High (ATH) sale of 5,900 ADA.
If the Jungle Juice Vials for the Mutation Nation were not a big enough incentive for you to have multiple sets of these Apes then this is for you! How do you earn royalties from Ape Nation / Mutation Nation? Holders of 3 sets of 3 will be eligible to receive a monthly % of Mutation Nation Royalties (via Raffle). Additionally, these holders will be eligible for a monthly % of the OG Ape Nation & Jungle Juice Royalties (via Raffle). So, that is 3 collection royalties that will be raffled off for these exclusive holders!
In the image above, you can see the progression from OG Ape Nation to Mutation Nation (V1), to Mutation Nation (V2), which is a complete set of 3. If that has you interested, a set of 3 is 1 OG Ape that has been mutated by a V1 and a V2 Jungle Juice vial (3 total apes). You will need 3 of these sets of 3 in order to participate in these raffles. The total volume of all three of these collections (from the day of writing) is 1.8 Million ADA trade volume. This is a massive chance to earn royalties from just holding on to these Apes!
In recent news, Ape Nation NFTs have also been approved to join the non-ape staking on the Ape Society platform. Why is this important? I will be covering Ape Society deeper in the future but their staking platform has changed the way staking NFTs are looked at. So, you are able to earn $SOCIETY (which is Ape Society’s native token) by holding a Cabin and purchasing a minting frame with $SOCIETY for the cabin. Once this is obtained, you will then earn their native token along with the chance of earning royalties through the raffles. This is a win-win for both projects who are authorized to stake and the Ape Society project. Along with Ape Society, Ape Nation has joined forces with Mad Dog Car Club and Cardanolands to earn tokens on their platforms as well. So, as of now, you can earn from three separate projects in their native token.
