One-Stop-Shop for NFT Merch--BAHB CNFT

Welcome back you Risky Rascals!

Today I will be covering a project that I have recently joined the team as a Moderator. I am thrilled to be a part of this team and am super bullish on this project's future! I have covered many projects along my journey with this blog, but I have never seen nor covered a whitepaper that has been this detailed. The final draft of this document is 125+ pages of detailed information that lays out the total allocation of funds and where they are going, including a detailed breakdown of the project, and plans to ensure that it is a successful project in the near future. This will be one of my longest blogs to date, but there is a ton of information to cover. Let's get into this deep dive!

Who created BAHB & CO.?

This project was brought to fruition by Nathaniel Shiply aka (Goat Nasty) who has created a big presence in the CNFT community thus far. He has been involved with several projects the most notable ones being The Secret Goat Society and Goat Tribe. His team is fully doxxed and he has brought his knowledge of web 2.0 e-commerce with the utility and community-driven aspects of web 3.0 innovation. Currently, he has a company Day One which is a streetwear-inspired unisex company specializing in custom-cut and sew clothing. Using his knowledge gained in the fashion industry and e-commerce, BAHB Merch is equipped to help project creators from start to finish in creating and delivering merch to their communities with premium quality and service.

Founder/Art Director Ben Rudnicki is a Marine Corp Vet who works in the IT profession and has been throwing some dope art out since 2007. Founder/Social Media & Marketing Director PJ Creamer aka (pjandkim) has been in the Cardano space since before Clay Nation dropped (2021).

What is BAHB & CO. / BAHB CNFT?

This is a registered C - Corp, the parent company for Badass Honey Badgers CNFT (BAHB) and DAY ONE Streetwear Company. Now, what does that mean to a new investor or someone who is curious about this project? This CNFT project aims to become a global brand and company in the merchandise area.

It is important to realize that this project is very early in its development but the direction that it is heading is going to be unmatched for the merchandise space of web 3.0 and how NFT projects can spread awareness of their own brand through clothing and accessories. It is also important to understand that the funds that are raised from the main PFP collection will be used to directly support the development of the BAHB & CO. to ensure it is a successful corporation.

What is a BAHB Legacy Pass?

Current Floor Price: 400 ADA
Total Volume: 72k ADA
ATH Sale: 800 ADA

I think it needs to be said that these passes were a FREE AIRDROP to select community members before the discord even opened to the public and the volume is 28k away from 100k total volume. Most projects struggle to get to the 100k ADA volume mark over the duration of their full 10,000 NFT collection, and the project hasn't even released their main PFP NFT mint yet.

The BAHB Legacy Pass is an ultimate full-utility pass and allows users to mint up to 5 CNFTs with a 6th one free. There are a total of 444 total Legacy Passes. The team compiled a list of 300 valued members across the entire Cardano community that focused on not who had the most followers/influence in the space but members who would be honored to be a part of this journey. 100 of these 300 were chosen at random to choose a friend to join the movement by gifting them one of these passes.

The Legacy Pass holders have the OPTION of participating in the Annual Profit Share Program. The further utility includes being able to participate in ULTIMATE GIVEAWAYS. These will include a 10% annual profit share to purchase blue-chip NFTs to raffle off to holders as gifts.

This is a subsidiary company partially owned by 12% of Legacy Pass Holders and 10% by BAHB CNFT Holders. This will be a One-Stop Merchandising & Fulfillment center for assisting Cardano project founders to create high-end custom clothing and products for their communities.

Multiple services will include print-on-demand screen printing, full custom creation of clothing/bulk orders by setting up online stores, shipping & handling services, design assistance, and any other needs associated with running an effective profitable Merch Store.
